Application Documents
(For Domestic)

※If you have a visa other than a student visa, please submit application documents for overseas.

1. Application for Admission
2. Forms and Certificates issued by Japanese Language School
   • Student Registration Certificate or Proof of Expected Graduation Certificates
   • Official Transcrips/Attendance Certificate ※An applicant who has passed the N1 or N2 level of the JLPT, or who scored 200 points or more on the EJU or who scored 400 points or more on the BJT, must provide a copy of the repective certificates.
3. A copy of Graduation Certificate from your last school.(Diploma from High School or Universities)
4. Documents certifying the ability to pay expenses
   • Copy of Japan bankbook(all pages)
   • Documents that can confirm the remittance or a copy of bank balance certificate of your expense sponsor. ※If you have part time job experience in Japan, you may need to submit additional documents.
   • Agreement for defraying expenses of your expense sponsor
5. A Copy of Resident card(Both Sides)
6. A Copy of your passport(Pages with your face photograph&entry stamp)
7. A Copy of your National Health Insurance Card
8. Admission Slip for Screening
9. Screening Fee ¥30,000※Documents submitted and screening fee will not be returned.

1. Application for Admission
2. A Copy of the Japanese Certificate issued by International Recognized
   JLPT N1, N2, EJU(200 scored & above), BJT(400 scored & above).
   ※Or official Graduation Certificate/Transcript/Certificate of Attendance(at least 6 months) are required for students graduated from Japanese Language School in Japan.
3. A Copy of Graduation Certificate from your last school.(Diploma from High School or Universities)
4. Expense certificate(bank balance certificate, etc.) and Agreement for defraying expenses of your expenses sponsor
5. The relationship certificate of you and your sponsor who is responsible for your expenses, (e.g. Family register certificate.)
6. A Copy of your passport(Pages with your face photograph&entry stamp)
7. Photo for Application (4cm x 3cm) x 3 copies (Photo taken in the last three months)
8. Admission Slip for Screening
9. Screening Fee \30,000※Documents submitted and screening fee will not be returned.
